The linking system is incredibly simple.

Each module links to its adjacent module with 2 of the link pieces shown in the top picture.

Picture 2 shows the links in place between 2 seat units and picture 3 shows the links between a seat and an arm.

Once these are in place the 2 connected units become one larger module.
